Conference Hotel Information

Due to Noise-Con 2022 being at The University of Kentucky, we are offering two options regarding accommodations. You can stay at the Student Housing which is located directly on the campus, or you can stay at one of the hotels that we have reserved a room block at for that week. Please note that there are limited hotel rooms at each hotel so if one hotel is fully booked then please try another hotel on the list below. Important information about the two types of accommodations is listed below.

Hotels

Lexington Marriott City Center

• Room Price: $159 USD per night
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Room Block Cut-off Date: Wednesday, May 11, 2022
• 0.9 miles to the UKY Student Center (Approx. 15-minute walk)
• 6.4 miles to LEX airport
• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your reservation at no charge until [Thursday, June 9, 2022 (2 days prior to arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee equal to the amount of one night’s stay if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card.

  • Self-parking: $12.00 a day
  • Valet: $25.00 a day

Residence Inn Lexington City Center

• Room Price: $149 USD per night
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Room Block Cut-off Date: Wednesday, May 11, 2022

• 6.6 miles to LEX airport

Hilton Lexington/Downtown Hotel

• Room Price: $160 USD per night
• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM
• 0.9 miles to the UKY Student Center (Approx. 15-minute walk)
• 5.5 miles to LEX airport
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded only if notice is received 24 hours prior to day of arrival and cancellation number must be obtained by guest.

UKY Student Housing

Noise-Con attendees will be in a residence hall on North campus which is located near the Gatton Student Center and is only a five-minute walk. Participants will stay in a 2-bedroom suite room type which can be viewed here. Student Housing Center asks that attendees check in and out between 8am-5pm, if possible. However, the desk is staffed 24/7 so if you arrive outside of those times, it is a little more flexible. Check-out is 5pm since rooms must be turned quickly in many cases to prepare for a new incoming conference. When an attendee reserves a room, they will receive an informational email with important information such as, check-in and check-out times, parking info, etc.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees if we receive cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Parking: Attendees are responsible for their own parking whether it is purchasing a temporary pass through the university or finding nearby street parking. The parking office can be reached at 859-257-5757.
